A top tier professional services firm had a requirement to implement a contemporary pitch management software solution, organisation wide. This was a strategic project for the firm, which would ultimately reduce the time fee earners spent on pitches and tenders. The software allowed for fully branded, design-quality documents to be created in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, enabling any user to work on pitches within a fraction of the time.
We led the internal project team and managed third party solution providers and strategic brand consultants. We consulted with key internal stakeholders on their requirement for the software. This included consultation and collaboration with Senior Partners across the firm.
As part of the project, we ran a pilot with one department to gather user experience and feedback. We then proceeded to role out the system organisation wide. We created an internal communications plan to promote the system and user engagement and ran a series of internal activations to support the launch of the system. A full training plan was prepared and executed in collaboration with the in-house learning and development team.
A fully implemented pitch management software system that streamlined the bid management process. It enabled the creation of design-quality documents that could be produced by users internally. Most importantly it reduced the time it took to produce pitch documents by 60%, saving valuable time for fee earners.
